Tina Turner Queen of Rock & Roll Hair Stylist Barry Fletcher

I’ve known Barry Fletcher for some time. He shared with me that someone suggested he write down his story about Tina Turner. I suggested to him that he do a short video. Barry said to me that he didn’t want it to look like he was trying to gain attention because of her. You know how people love to use the term “clout chase.” I told him that it is good to be humble but also I feel that people should have a right to share their experiences. Sometimes our experiences may involve celebrities. Celebrities don’t always do things on their own but it can involve a collaborative effort. A collaborative effort involving the band members, managers, publicists, lawyers, make-up artists, assistants, production, stylists, etc. etc. So if you happen to be a part of a celebrity’s life somehow, especially assisting in making that celebrity look good, why not share your story? I feel that when the story is shared with good intentions, the only people who get mad about it are haters and those with a jealous and envious spirit. Why else would someone get upset about you sharing your story? Probably because they wish it was their story to tell and not yours. I’ve been around enough people over my life who carry this type of jealousy and envy for others and it is very ugly and evil. I wish for people like that to focus on their own gifts more and create wonderful experiences for themselves that they too can one day be happy to share with the world. We shall all reap what we sow. I choose to celebrate others success, not down play and hate on others.

Thank you Barry Fletcher for allowing me to record you sharing your wonderful experience with the Queen of Rock and Roll, Tina Turner.

Here is the video I recorded and edited:
